The property is located in district Pankow of Berlin, subsection Prenzlauer Berg, at the norther edge of the trendy area. The district has about 394,800 inhabitants, about 160,100 of them
live in subsection Prenzlauer Berg. The neighborhood is mainly characterized by 5- to 6-story residential buildings. There is good shopping around, as well as restaurants, bars and medical facilities close by.
The corner building sits as junction to Paul-Robeson-Str. in so called "Scandinavian Quater". The area has regulations concerning parking in urban areas, so you have to pay for street parking.
